  • You will be given new “tools” for your “toolbox”: new eating strategies that work with your life as it is, what ever stage you are in as you progress.
  • 12 week subscription for a flexible and interactive meal plan which includes: Weekly updated menus; Grocery list; Assistance from your dietitian;
  • *Payment plan for 2 installments available.

The Ultimate

  • 11 thirty (30) minute follow up sessions to go over what went well, what didn’t since your last session and collaboratively adjust plan to continue your progress.
  • Each session you will be provided new “tools” for your “toolbox”: new eating strategies that work with your life as it is, whatever stage you are in, as you progress.
  • Workbook – Mindful / Intuitive Eating.
  • 6 month subscription for a flexible and interactive meal plan which includes: Weekly updated menus; Grocery list; Assistance from dietitian;
